A bit about me... 

I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help women—just like me—feel confident about starting (or restarting) their fitness journey. I know how overwhelming it can feel to walk into a gym or start a new plan, and my mission is to make exercise simple, supportive, and sustainable.

I’ve always enjoyed fitness and over the years I’ve tried all sorts of workouts, classes, and gyms. I’ve also been on and off diets for as long as I can remember, trying every fad going—so I truly understand the frustrations and challenges that come with them.

In 2016 I went through breast cancer treatment. That experience completely changed my perspective. It reminded me that living a long, healthy life and spending time with family and friends is what really matters. Since then, I’ve focused on building a balanced lifestyle: regular exercise, nourishing food (with room for treats!), and a mindset that values health over perfection.

This led me to a complete career change. I studied and qualified in Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Management, combining my passion for fitness with my empathy and life experience. Now I specialise in helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—without the pressure, confusion, or quick fixes.
