About

About me
I became a personal trainer to help women feel comfortable and confident when starting (or restarting) their fitness journey. I know how overwhelming it can feel to walk into a gym or begin a new plan, so my mission is to make exercise simple, supportive, and truly sustainable.

I understand how hard it can be to fit exercise into a busy life - juggling work, family, hormones, and everything else. So many women put themselves last for years, and starting again can feel daunting. My role is to make that first step easier, and to give you the support, structure, and reassurance you need to finally put yourself first.

I’ve always enjoyed fitness, and over the years I’ve tried every type of workout, class, and gym going! I also spent many years jumping between different diets and quick fixes, so I understand how frustrating and disheartening that cycle can feel.

In 2016 I went through breast cancer treatment, and it completely changed my perspective. It reminded me how important it is to look after our health, stay active, and enjoy the time we have with the people we love. Since then, I’ve focused on building a balanced lifestyle: regular exercise, nourishing food (with room for treats!), and a mindset that values health over perfection.

That experience led me to a complete career change. I studied and qualified in Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Management, combining my love for fitness with empathy and real-life experience. Now I specialise in helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more capable - without pressure, confusion, or quick fixes.
Whether you train with me in person or through online coaching, my goal is to support you with clarity, structure, and encouragement every step of the way.

If you’d like support with your own fitness journey, I’d love to hear from you.
